Getting it All Together for Fall

We now know what we can take for the co-op in the fall.  It will probably be a busy year but not so work involved as last year.  I am currently in the process of tracking down all the materials we need for next year and writing up tentative schedules or at least the order we will follow.  I've also drawn up a weekly schedule just to see how everything will fit in.

7th grade:
Oak Meadow 7 (history & earth science)
Vocabulary from Classical Roots A
Spell to Write and Read
McCall-Crabbs Test Lessons in Reading
Skills for Literary Analysis (co-op class)
Math U See Algebra I  (co-op class)
Art (co-op class)

We are working in Writing Strands over the summer and may use Jensen's Format Writing since it was recommended for the literary analysis course.

5th grade:
Oak Meadow 5 history
McCall-Crabbs Test Lessons in Reading
Spell to Write and Read
Rod and Staff Math 5
Ruth Heller Grammar books (to make it more fun)
Junior Analytical Grammar (co-op class)
Art
Zoology 2 Swimming Creatures (co-op class)

Some books are hard to find but I think I have everything tracked down and it will all be on the way to us soon.
