What's in the box?

So what are we doing next week? Lots of fun things ahead in our workboxes:

Second grade:

Box 1--Reading/Phonics: the Nile (an easy reader), list A from Spell to Write and Read

Box 2--Main Lesson: A Child's Garden of Verse, writing 51-100, counting by 10's, and observing squirrels.

Box 3--Math: review work in Singapore and 12, 6, 6 triplet in Rod and Staff.

Box 5--Independent:
Math Review: fractions and division work

Spelling: suffix ly, adjective/noun, homonyms and word analysis
Composition: word bank to write sentences and then type them

I think we have a good week lined up and that we will continue to make good progress.
