A Quiet Week

So far this week has been nice and quiet. We had good school days on both Monday and Tuesday. On Monday, we did go to the library but otherwise we have had a lot of time at home.

Today, we will be doing all the grocery shopping as well as pick up toner for the printer. I am raring to go and print out all of our November unit stuff but I can't because I am out of toner.

We are looking forward to the lighter workload of November and December. My youngest is very excited about doing the Hands of a Child Zebra lapbook and my oldest is going to do Homeschoolshare.com's new Lion lapbook. We may do our own pieces on Zebras and Hippos as well so that we have a "Madagascar" lapbook.

In December, our hope is to do the Hands of a Child Antarctica lapbook and the Homeschoolshare.com's Polar Express lapbook. It should be a fun time.

Things are so much more relaxed now and the workboxes are working nicely for us.
